Photoshoot for the reoccurring the ‘Guests & Gourmet’ theme for the food magazine, Mad & Bolig (Food & Home), where the food is taken up a notch for the gourmands at home. In this special edition of Guests & Gourmet, the inspiration of the menu was the ingredients of spring and how to make a dinner menu that tastes - and looks - amazing. The compositions are kept light and green, to emphasize the balance of rustic and elegant, complex yet minimalistic. The ambition was to make the food do their own ‘talking’ - while, of course, looking mouthwateringly good..
